Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 10, 2026
This policy explains what information Corrobora Technologies LLC ("Corrobora Technologies," "we," "us") collects through corroboratechnologies.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit an inquiry through our Contact page, we collect the information you enter into that form — your name, organization, email address, phone number (if provided), the service you're inquiring about, and the description of your request.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs standard technical data for security and performance purposes, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. We do not currently run analytics or advertising scripts on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy accordingly.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about a potential or ongoing engagement
- To provide, administer, and invoice for services you engage us to perform
- To maintain internal business records
- To meet legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use contact-form submissions for advertising or marketing to third parties.
Do not submit confidential or evidentiary material through this site
Our Contact form is intended for general inquiries only. As noted on that page, please do not submit confidential, privileged, sensitive, or evidentiary material through it. Once we've agreed to an engagement, we will provide you with an appropriate, secure method for exchanging case materials, evidence, or privileged information — this website's contact form is not that method.
Cookies
This site does not currently set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to operate its network and security features. These are not used to profile or track visitors across other sites.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with:
- Service providers who help us operate this website, communicate with clients, or deliver our services (for example, our hosting provider or email provider), under obligations to protect your information
- Professional advisors, such as our accountant or attorney, where necessary
- Law enforcement or other parties when required by law, court order, or legal process
Data retention
We retain contact-form submissions and engagement-related records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide our services, satisfy legal or professional obligations, and maintain business records. Retention periods for client engagement files are generally longer than for inquiries that don't result in an engagement.
Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — which is why we ask that confidential or evidentiary material never be sent through this website.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us as described below. We will respond to reasonable requests, subject to our legal, professional, and recordkeeping obligations (for example, we may need to retain records related to an active or completed engagement).
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
